Sentences
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Gilbert Anguiano. 52, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to first-degree theft and in cases from 2023 to felony methamphetamine possession and failure to appear; sentenced to 180 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, and one year of post-prison supervision.
German Pablo Calmo, 33, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to attempted fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.
Robert James Scaplehorn III, 32, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in cases from 2023 to driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person and interfering with a peace officer; sentenced to two years of probation and $1,100 in fines.
Jason Eugene Hoecker, 48, of Baker City, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felony failure to report as a sex offender; sentenced to five days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail.
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:
Todd Michael Wright, 59, of Kennewick, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to felon in possession of a firearm, criminal trespass while in possession of a firearm and hunting wildlife without a valid permit; sentenced to two years of probation and $2,000 in fines.
