Sentences
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Blake Paul Belveal, 30, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty in separate cases from 2024 to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to two years of probation and $500 in fines.
Ambar Dejesus Oseguera, 41, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to aggravated harassment; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.
Timothy Edward Olea, 51, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to two years of probation.
Jesus Candilido Yzaguirre, 43, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felony possession of methamphetamine; sentenced to three years of probation.
Kayla Marie Vierra, 35, of Portland, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to first-degree theft; sentenced to two years of probation and a $200 fine.
Colton Dean Adams-Mabry, 21, of Pasco, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to recklessly endangering another person and felony fleeing; sentenced to 18 months of probation and $300 in fines.
Enrique Suarez Ochoa, 20, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants and three counts of recklessly endangering another person; sentenced to a diversion program and $2,182.74 in fines.
Leah Michelle Groustra, 34, an inmate at Two Rivers Correctional Institution, Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to assault of a public safety officer; sentenced to two years, six months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections.
Sandra Lee Smith, 59, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree theft and felony fleeing; sentenced to 18 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Jose Antonio Fonseca-Lopez, 34, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to vehicle theft; sentenced to two years of probation, theft counseling and a $100 fine.
Taera Lyn Harris, 26, of La Grande, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to first-degree forgery; sentenced to 18 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, 18 months of post-prison supervision and a $200 fine.
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:
James David Town, 31, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to second-degree criminal trespass and failure to report as a sex offender; sentenced to two years of probation.
Jose Carlos Gonzalez, 38, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree attempted kidnapping, reckless driving and second-degree disorderly conduct; sentenced to three years of probation.
Eduardo Marcelino-Guadalupe, 35, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years of probation, suspension of his driver’s license for three years and a $1,500 fine.

Roy Colgrove, of Kennewick vs. Jacob Givens, of Umatilla, seeks $50,000.
