Tuesday, March 5

8:55 a.m. A caller reported broken vehicle windows on Sixth Street, Umatilla. Police took a report.

1:02 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 400 block of West Harper Road. Police responded and took a report.

Wednesday, March 6

12 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request for extra patrols at the Dollar General store on Columbia Lane, Irrigon, due to someone camping in the doorway.

8:20 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of the theft of a vehicle at the Fast Mart on Sixth Street.

9:35 a.m. A caller reported drug activity at Clara Brownell Middle School, Umatilla.

9:42 a.m. A resident on Highway 730 and Pleasant View Road, Irrigon, requested assistance from Morrow County sheriff’s deputies with his pigs that strayed into a neighbor’s field. The resident returned the pigs to his own property.

11 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1100 block of West Joseph Avenue.

1:38 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report about a stray dog in a resident’s yard on Southeast Idaho Avenue, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies found the owner and issued a warning.

2 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request for extra patrols from Strebin Farm on East Oregon Lane, Irrigon, due to thefts and suspicious activity.

2:48 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of harassment at Umatilla High School.

6:34 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a woman crawling around the baseball fields at Irrigon High School and requested a welfare check. The sheriff’s office and Community Counseling Solutions responded.

8:19 p.m. A caller reported an employee refusing to leave at the Mobil and Circle K convenience store on North Main Street, Heppner. Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies responded and the employee left.

Thursday, March 7

6:57 a.m. A resident on Southwest Fourth Street, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s dogs were loose and chasing his car.

7:06 a.m. A caller reported graffiti on a bridge on westbound Interstate 84, near Boardman.

7:24 a.m. A resident on East Loop Road, Hermiston, reported stray cows and sheep in their yard.

8:48 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an irate person yelling at staff, constantly calling and threatening to shoot up the Irrigon Medical Clinic.

9:15 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of someone being harassed at Clara Brownell Middle School.

11:16 a.m. A resident on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, reported getting texts from someone wanting information about his wife and threatening to kidnap his children.

11:35 a.m. Stanfield police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on North Prescott Street, Echo.

12:06 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a restraining order violation on Meadow Loop, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

1:21 p.m. Umatilla police received a request for a welfare check on a woman screaming on Kiwi Court.

2:10 p.m. Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report at Three Mile Canyon Farms, Boardman, that someone was on the property and shooting at the farm.

4:24 p.m. An employee at Perks and Brew Company, Ione, reported her ex-partner was threatening to hold her hostage at her residence.

5:41 p.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, reported a neighbor yelling and screaming at them.

7:52 p.m. A caller reported two horses loose near the golf course on Wilson Lane and Toms Camp Road, Boardman. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies did not find the horses.

11:15 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Sixth Street, Umatilla.

Friday, March 8

12:12 a.m. A 911 caller reported his ex-partner was following, calling and texting him at the Pilot Travel Center, Stanfield.

12:33 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a car hit the guardrail on eastbound Interstate 84 near Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies took a report and made an arrest.

12:35 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane, Hermiston.

1:34 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle rollover on Tower Road and Taggares Lane, Boardman. Emergency services responded. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

2 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request for extra patrols from Strebin Farm on East Oregon Lane, Irrigon, due to suspicious activity and thefts.

2:06 p.m. A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle at Farm City Fence, Hermiston.

4:22 p.m. A resident on Southeast Riverview Avenue, Irrigon, reported a fraudulent call from a dish cable network.

9:42 p.m. A resident on Willamette Avenue, Umatilla, reported an intoxicated male walking near their door.

10 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of the theft of a vehicle on North Front Street, Echo.

Saturday, March 9

12:19 a.m. Local authorities received a report that two young children were requesting a ride home at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman.

2:49 a.m. A 911 caller reported two males and a woman fighting on East Hurlburt Avenue, Hermiston.

1:33 p.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, made a complaint about a neighbor’s loud music.

3:41 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance at Tri-Harbor Apartments.

4:27 p.m. A caller reported someone pushed their son off of his bicycle and stole it on Northeast Main Avenue, Irrigon.

5:27 p.m. A resident on Idaho Lane, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s dogs were on her property acting aggressively and she was afraid to get out of her car.

11:38 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a motorist struck a tire on westbound Interstate 84. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

Sunday, March 10

5:38 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of two horses in the road on Highway 730, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies referred the report to the Oregon State police.

11:19 a.m. A caller reported a disturbance on Tucker Avenue, Umatilla.

12:22 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on Northwest 11th Street, Hermiston. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

3:29 p.m. A resident on South First Street, Irrigon, complained about constant loud music coming from a property. He said he wanted the occupants evicted and the property torn down.

4:12 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of the theft of a vehicle on Pheasant Ridge Street.

8:03 p.m. A resident on Northwest Water Street, Heppner, reported her husband was intoxicated and throwing things. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies temporarily separated the couple.

11:06 a.m. A resident on East Second Street, Ione, reported a neighbor waking him up with yelling and banging around.

12:19 p.m. A resident on Washington Lane, Irrigon, reported a missing black piglet.

1:26 p.m. A caller reported their car hood was keyed at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman.

1:50 p.m. A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle on Agnew Road, Hermiston.

3:27 p.m. A resident of Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, reported a stray dog bit him. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

6:15 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a resident on Depot Lane, Irrigon, has video of someone trespassing on their property while they were out of town.

6:30 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a disturbance on Medvill Court, Hermiston.

6:52 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Dollar General store on Sixth Street, Umatilla.

March 4

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas William Baxter, 32, for methamphetamine possession and delivery, cocaine possession and delivery, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and on a warrant for failure to appear.

March 5

Oregon State Police at the scale house on Interstate 84 at milepost 226 arrested Jose Antonio Felipe-Garza, 50, for first-degree forgery.

March 6

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin Lee McCord, 44, for fourth-degree assault.

March 8

Oregon State Police arrested Diana Lynn Keizur, 53, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Boardman police arrested Patricio Opez Romero, 30, for DUII (alcohol).

March 9

Oregon State Police arrested Deshante Reddick, 44, for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.

March 10

Boardman police arrested Jaime Franciscojoaquin, 20, for DUII (alcohol).

Oregon State Police arrested Brian Leroy Gallino, 54, for DUII (alcohol) and carrying of concealed weapons.

Hermiston police arrested Kyle Lynn Olson, 31, for fourth-degree assault.
