Richard “Rich” J. Cahoon, 78, of Hermiston, died March 14, 2024, in Richland, Washington. He was born Dec. 12, 1945, in Ronan, Montana. A funeral service will be Wednesday, March 20, 1 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 850 SW 11th St., Hermiston, followed by burial with military honors at Hermiston Cemetery.
