Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Jeremy Paul Beske, 49, Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to five counts of first-degree criminal mischief; sentenced to three years of probation and restitution of $1,800.

Carlos Alfredo Madrigal-Garcia, 31, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2018 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to three years of probation, one year suspension of driving privileges, 10 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, with credit for time served, and a fine of $1,250.

Christopher Scott Nelsen, 45, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felony fleeing; sentenced to six months incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail with credit for time served, one year of probation, three years suspension of driving privileges and a fine of $200.

Sarah Anne Patrick, 33, of Pendleton, was convicted in a 2022 case of possession of methamphetamine; sentenced to three years of probation.

Jessica Lee Payton, 38, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII and recklessly endangering another person; sentenced to a diversion program and a fine of $490.

Jessica Shalone Raaf, 30, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to vehicle theft; sentenced to two years of probation and a fine of $200.

Tiffany Sanchez, 18, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to third-degree assault; sentenced to three years of probation and a fine of $200.

Josey Steeples, 35, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII and reckless driving; sentenced to two years of probation, one year suspension of driving privileges, seven days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail with credit for time served and a fine of $2,000.

William Eugene Stolz, 50, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief; sentenced to 18 months of probation and a fine of $200.

Boyd Stanley Thomas, 73, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse; sentenced to 10 years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and 10 years of post-prison supervision.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Jacob Wesley Coffman, 38, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree attempted assault; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

GCB Solar Inc. doing business as Green Ridge Power Inc. vs. Jacquelynn Whitesell, seeks $4,860.

An earlier version of this report gave an inaccurate total for the prison sentence of Boyd Stanley Thomas. His sentence is incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections for 10 years plus 10 years of post-prison supervision.
