Thank you for being a valued reader of the Hermiston Herald.

Your commitment to supporting local journalism is invaluable. Your subscription enables us to employ dedicated reporters, editors and photojournalists who work tirelessly to bring you original, insightful stories every day.

As a subscriber, your investment extends beyond just receiving the print edition. You also gain access to our digital platforms, including our website, e-edition and smartphone app. These digital resources ensure that you stay informed wherever you go, whether it’s at home, work or on vacation.

We understand that navigating digital platforms can sometimes be challenging, especially if you prefer hands-on assistance. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new initiative starting this month — “digital office hours” for subscribers.

Join us at the Hermiston Herald office, 333 E. Main St., on Wednesday, March 27, 2-4:30 p.m.

Our team will be available to provide in-person support, helping you set up your digital subscription or troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Whether you’re curious about our website features, want to explore the e-edition or need help with our smartphone app, we’re here to assist you. Plus, we’ll introduce you to the unique digital content available exclusively to our subscribers, such as interactive puzzles, multimedia stories and an extensive archive of past articles.

Want to give activating your account a try with written instructions? If you have an email associated with your subscription account, look for the “account” link in the upper right corner, click and register your account. There’s an online directory of help videos to show you how to activate your account, login to the e-edition and more at eomediagroup.com/docs. If you have problems, our customer service center is full of nice people who can help you — call them at 800-781-3214.

If you prefer personal help, RSVP for our subscriber “office hours” by calling 541-278-2673 or email me at acutler@eomediagroup.com. We want to ensure that we can accommodate everyone who attends, so we may limit the number of participants or schedule additional sessions if needed.

At the Hermiston Herald, we believe in the value of quality journalism, both in print and online. Activating your digital subscription is an essential part of maximizing your investment and staying connected to the stories that matter most to our community.

If you have any feedback or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at acutler@eomediagroup.com.

Thank you again for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you at our subscriber “office hours” and serving you both in print and online.
