Tuesday, March 12
6:36 a.m. A caller reported hearing an altercation while on the phone with her brother on Wagon Wheel Loop and Depot Lane, Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies made an arrest.
8:07 a.m. A caller told Umatilla police that a dog returned to the previous owner’s apartment on Raymond Street.
9:38 a.m. Umatilla police received a report about a stray dog. Police issued a citation.
10:27 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s received a report that someone was going through trash cans and refusing to leave at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies trespassed the person.
10:36 a.m. Stanfield police received a report of two stray dogs causing problems in the neighborhood on Mamie Street.
10:56 a.m. A caller reported seeing a suspicious person during the mornings at the bus stop on North Lucy Street and East Harding Avenue, Stanfield.
12:31 p.m. A 911 caller reported a black Chevrolet pickup drove across lanes on Highway 730 and Powerline Road, Umatilla, and wrecked signposts.
5:11 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Sagebrush Road, Hermiston.
6:42 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a black Nissan was drifting into traffic and not maintaining speed on Lewis and Clark Drive and Highway 730, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies gave a warning and issued a citation.
8:57 p.m. A 911 caller reported gunshots on Second Street, Umatilla. Police were unable to locate the source.
Wednesday, March 13
1:46 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report that someone at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, was choking their wife and refusing to leave.
12:54 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance on North Townsend Road, Hermiston.
1:31 p.m. A caller reported someone tried to break into his property on Fifth Street, Umatilla.
1:38 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request for a welfare check on a elderly man on Southeast Wyoming Avenue, Irrigon.
2:31 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of child abuse or neglect.
4:52 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a stray dog jumped into a car. Sheriff’s deputies returned the dog to the owner.
10:11 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Sixth Street, Umatilla.
Thursday, March 14
6:11 a.m. Local emergency services responded to a crash involving a flatbed truck and an SUV on Highway 730 and Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon. An ambulance transported at least one person to a hospital.
8:26 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a stray dog on Sonesta Street. Police issued a citation.
8:31 a.m. A caller reported the theft of a vehicle on Elk View Lane, Hermiston.
12:53 p.m. A caller reported driving eastbound on Interstate 84 near Boardman when a FedEx truck cut across their lane and damaged their vehicle. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies referred the report to the Oregon State Police.
1:03 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of drug activity on Pioneer Lane, Boardman.
1:08 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a juvenile was being disruptive in the classroom at Heppner Elementary School.
1:46 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a restraining order violation on Rio Senda Drive.
3:37 p.m. A caller on Madison Street, Umatilla, reported someone broke into a neighbor’s house.
7:56 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Seventh Street, Umatilla.

11:08 a.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on Northeast Bailey Lane, Hermiston.
12:32 p.m. A 911 caller reported a restraining order violation on North Glendening Street, Stanfield.
4:19 p.m. A resident on Southeast Sixth Street, Hermiston, told police that at around 4:30 a.m. someone threw rocks at her car and has video.
6:20 p.m. A 911 caller reported a garage on fire on South Edwards Road, Stanfield.
9:01 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Seventh Street, Umatilla.
11:03 p.m. Callers to 911 reported gunshots on East Main Street and on West Jennie Avenue, Hermiston.
Saturday, March 16
12:42 a.m. A 911 caller reported gunshots from a car on East Main Street, Hermiston.
3:10 p.m. A Stanfield police officer issued a warning for a dog at North Dunne Street and Jason Avenue, Stanfield.
8:50 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 call for gunshots on Pomono Drive. Police did not find anyone in relation to the report.

3:42 a.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Joy Lane, Hermiston.
7:31 a.m. Stanfield police received a 911 report of a burglary on Rosalynn Drive. Police took a report.
7:49 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the old Stanfield High School.
6:27 p.m. A child at West Beech Avenue and Northwest Second Street, Hermiston, called 911 to report a male and female fighting outside.
7:53 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Pilot Travel Center, Stanfield.

8:02 a.m. A caller reported drug activity at Hill Top Manor on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.
10:02 a.m. A 911 caller on North Glendening Street, Stanfield, reported a missing person.
6:42 p.m. A 911 caller at Umatilla Speedwash Laundry, Umatilla, reported a theft.
7:11 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Walla Walla Street.
7:16 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of an assault on Wenatchee Street.
8:25 p.m. A resident on Columbia Boulevard, Umatilla, reported people pounded on her door and refused to leave.
9:57 p.m. A caller complained about noise at Sagebrush Road and Baggett Lane in Hermiston.
11:36 p.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on East Loop Road in Hermiston.

March 12
Oregon State Police on the 75400 block of Depot Lane, Irrigon, arrested Justin Ismael Garza, 33, for misdemeanor fourth-degree assault.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on the 2200 block of North Ott Road, Hermiston, arrested Cesar Coria Garay, 22, for first-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and third-degree attempted assault.
March 13
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, arrested James Daniel Elliott, 45, for felony strangulation, two counts of harassment, resisting arrest, first-degree criminal trespass and on a warrant for failure to appear.
March 14
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on the 30600 block of Baggett Lane, Hermiston, arrested Laura Annette Renz, 52, for felon in possession of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct and offensive littering.
Hermiston police arrested Cesar Corcuera Jimenez, 33, for felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and for violating probation.
March 15
Umatilla police arrested Yesenia Maria Lopez, 40, for second-degree disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal mischief.
Boardman police arrested Isaac Jamal Terry, 22, for first-degree criminal trespass and first-degree criminal mischief.
March 16
Hermiston police arrested Horacio Flores Salas, 29, for attempted unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangering.
Boardman police arrested Juan Romero Margarita, 53, for DUII (alcohol).
Boardman police arrested Miguel Lopez Ramirez, 51, for DUII (alcohol).
Hermiston police arrested Horacio Flores Salas, 29, for attempted unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangering.
Hermiston police arrested Jesus Alvarez Mejia, 41, for attempted unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangering.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven Leonard Hutchinson, 48, for DUII (alcohol).
Boardman police arrested Jorge Bernardo Vega Sepulveda, 32, for DUII (alcohol).
March 17
Boardman police arrested Eugenio Rojas Hernandez, 26, for DUII (alcohol) and supplying contraband (drug law violation).
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alberto Trejo Ramirez, 36, for altering the identification number of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
March 18
Boardman police arrested Gustavo Cruz Flores, 25, for first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), fourth-degree assault and strangulation (constituting domestic violence).
Hermiston police arrested Tyler Sidwell, 18, for fourth-degree assault.
