OIT announces winter term honor rolls

- The Oregon Institute of Technology announced April 5, 2024, that academic honors for its 2023-24 winter term included several local students.
KLAMATH FALLS — The Oregon Institute of Technology in early April announced academic honors for its 2023-24 winter term.
Local students named to the president’s list for earning a grade point average of 3.7 or higher: Alyssa Green (radiologic science), of Hermiston; Caleb Adams (accounting) and McKenna Kendrick (diagnostic medical sonography), both of Irrigon; and Alejandro Escovedo (information technology) and Naomie Wyckoff (embedded systems engineering technology), both of Umatilla.
Also, Mattelynn Moon (pre-medical imaging/general studies), of Hermiston, made the dean’s list for earning a GPA of 3.3 to 3.7.
Founded in 1947 in Klamath Falls, OIT was designated by the Oregon Legislature in 2021 as the state’s polytechnic university — specializing in engineering, technology, healthcare, business, communication and applied sciences. For more information, visit www.oit.edu.
