Dorthey Ellen (Hinkley) Frazier, 86, of Hermiston, died April 10, 2024, in Pendleton. She was born Sept. 17, 1937, in Irrigon. A memorial service was held April 14 at the Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston. A private interment will be in the Hermiston Cemetery. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
