Friday, April 19
9:34 a.m. A 911 caller on North First Street, Hermiston, reported people were in the road and a male had a stun gun.
2:30 p.m. A resident at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, reported a neighbor was yelling at his wife and holding her down.
7:25 p.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, complained about the driver of a black Forf F150 pickup turning up the vehicle’s radio to harass him. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office checked out the scene but did not find the pickup.
7:40 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 call for criminal mischief on Seventh Street.
7:50 p.m. A caller reported a burglary at PJ’s Trailers & Reefer Repair in Stanfield.
8:32 p.m. A resident on Banks Lane, Hermiston, reported the neighbor was shouting for someone to call the police because “they” are going to kill him.
8:36 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Northeast McCallister Lane, Hermiston.
10:13 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at Bard Park in Stanfield.
Saturday, April 20
12:24 a.m. A caller at Port View Apartments, Boardman, reported a fire between the apartments and railroad tracks. Boardman police and the Boardman Fire Rescue District responded.
3:02 a.m. A 911 caller on East Cassen Court, Hermiston, reported gunshots.
7:14 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a vehicle theft on West Hartley Avenue.
8:03 a.m. A resident on Southeast Crimson Court, Irrigon, reported her son took her car on April 16 and never brought it back.
4:22 p.m. A caller at the Stanfield city weed dump reported a man driving a black Mercury SUV ran into the gate and damaged the gate and the car.
10:14 p.m. A 911 caller reported gunshots at Northwest Seventh Street and West Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston. Police were not able to find anyone shooting.
11:19 p.m. Hermiston police received a 911 call for a disturbance on West Orchard Avenue. Police took a report.
Sunday, April 21
9:43 a.m. A resident of Tidewater Way, Boardman, reported her boyfriend pushed her onto the coach when trying to leave. Police responded but both parties left before officers arrived.
9:45 a.m. A resident on Spur Loop, Heppner, reported a male driving a black Dodge Ram pickup with Arizona license plates came onto her property to look at a nest, but she was concerned he might be messing with windmills in the area. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office made contact.
11:18 a.m. A resident of Southwest Second Street, Irrigon, reported he may have “retaliation issues” with neighbors. He said the neighbors shot a gun a few minutes earlier and his dog has BB pellets in its face. He said he believed this was connected to his report of their neighbors’ dogs roaming the neighborhood. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
4:09 p.m. Umatilla police received a noise complaint at Wildland RV Park. Police issued a warning.
5:18 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an Irrigon resident who may have been suffering a mental or emotional crisis. The sheriff’s office responded.
Arrests, citations
April 19
Stanfield police arrested Wade Athen Rollins, 63, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and third-degree assault.
Hermiston police arrested Edgar Munoz Diaz, 18, for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.
Hermiston police arrested Jamie Inez Gregory, 48, for felony hit-and-run and reckless driving.
Umatilla police arrested Yesenia Maria Lopez, 40, for first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, all vandalism.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Skyler Jacob Hawks, 27, for fourth-degree assault, harassment and menacing.
April 20
Boardman police arrested Miguel Angel Rosas Lopez, 44, for DUII (alcohol), and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Hermiston police arrested Josue Antonio Romero, 36, for DUII (alcohol), first-degree forgery, identity theft, reckless driving, giving false information to law enforcement and on warrants. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office also arrested him for failure to pay fines after he was in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.
Hermiston police arrested Tyler Sidwell, 18, for three counts of a restraining order violation.and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
April 21
Boardman police arrested Miguel Gutierrez, 28, for DUII (alcohol) and on a felony probation violation.
Hermiston police arrested Elizabeth Kay Baker, 26, for first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, resisting arrest and on numerous warrants for failure to appear.
