Drotzmann will bring prudent stewardship to the Oregon Senate

As a fellow Eastern Oregon mayor, I have come to admire Dave Drotzmann’s hard work and accomplishments on behalf of our region’s largest city. That is why I am throwing my full support behind Dave for state senator in District 29.

Not only does Dave embody our conservative values — including Second Amendment rights and the right to life — his leadership has helped usher in a new era of economic growth and opportunity. By making smart investments in infrastructure, Hermiston boasts an impressive pipeline of 2,000 new houses and has seen the creation of 1,200 new jobs over his tenure as mayor.

In Boardman and Morrow County, our economy is closely intertwined with Hermiston, and their successes have simultaneously helped to spur our own local growth. In that regard, Dave has been an invaluable partner to strengthen the entire Columbia Basin. I am confident that he will bring this same spirit of prudent stewardship and community empowerment to the Oregon Senate.

I wholeheartedly endorse Dave Drotzmann in the Republican primary on May 21, and I encourage my fellow citizens to join me in casting their votes for a leader who will truly make a difference.

Drotzmann is a results-oriented leader who gets things done

I am writing to express my support for Dave Drotzmann in his candidacy for state senator in District 29. I have had the privilege of working closely with Dave in my capacity as the Hermiston city recorder and city council assistant for the past nine years, and I have witnessed his exceptional leadership and dedication to our community.

As mayor, Dave has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the issues facing our city and overall region, and has worked tirelessly to effect positive change. His friendly demeanor, coupled with his keen ability to listen, understand and address the concerns of all residents sets him apart as a public servant who genuinely cares about the well-being of Eastern Oregon.

From guiding infrastructure improvements to championing initiatives that promote economic, job and housing growth, Dave has proven himself to be a results-oriented leader who gets things done. Furthermore, Dave’s commitment to government transparency is commendable as he has always been forthcoming with information, making it a top priority to keep the citizens of Hermiston informed about important issues impacting our community.

Dave’s work ethic, paired with his passion for people and public service, makes him the perfect candidate to represent our interests at the state level. I hope the community will join me in voting for Dave as our next state senator as I have no doubt that Dave will continue to be a strong voice for our region in Salem.

Drotzmann is the right choice to represent us

Join me in voting for Dave Drotzmann for state senator on May 21. Dave will fight to make sure our Eastern Oregon interests and values are well represented in government.

Over the years, I have come to know Dave as both a savvy business owner and champion for local schools. We have both served on the Hermiston School District Board of Directors. Dave has been a fierce advocate for students. As board chair, he helped guide decision-making to ensure the district provides the best facilities, classroom instruction, career technical education, and extracurricular activities to prepare the next generation of professionals and civic leaders.

As Hermiston continues to grow, Mayor Drotzmann has been at the forefront of making the city a thriving and beautiful place to live. He is pro-business and pro-law enforcement and will work tirelessly to provide all cities across our state with the tools they need to provide critical services and support for residents.

Drotzmann — the best fit to represent all of Eastern Oregon

I am pleased to write this letter in support of Dave Drotzmann for our next state senator. In Oregon, we are still in post-pandemic recovery. We need strong representation from the local level on the Senate floor to address important issues that affect each and every one of us.

Dave Drotzmann has experience in building thriving communities, addressing citizen safety concerns and actively working toward solutions for our unhoused population. He has volunteered his time to better the lives of children and families and served on the Hermiston School District Board to support education. He has built a thriving business and has participated on many boards and in service groups.

Dave continuously shows up for people — all people. His level of insight and knowledge will be the best fit to represent all of Eastern Oregon.

He will work to reduce taxes; increase affordable housing; support economic development; increase affordable trades and educational opportunities for individuals going into the workforce; address youth truancy laws; support addiction and recovery services; and, most of all, support safe, thriving communities. Please stand with me and vote for Dave Drotzmann as our next Oregon state senator.

Vote for Drotzmann, a tireless advocate for our region and values

When choosing candidates to represent Boardman in the Oregon Legislature, we need proven leaders with experience bringing people together to solve difficult problems facing their community. That is why I am supporting Dave Drotzmann for state senator in District 29.

As a small-business owner and Hermiston mayor, he has prioritized investments to add more family-wage jobs and improve the quality of life for residents. ‘Dave is not slippery’

I strongly endorse Dave Drotzmann for the Oregon Senate District 29. I have known Dave and worked with him for years in Hermiston. I have found Dave to be a man of action and a man of his word. He is approachable and listens. He acts — he doesn’t just talk a good game. And, he gets results. Dave very much cares about our people, kids, families and education and building a strong community to support those values.

What you see is what you get. Dave is not slippery.

As a community leader he is interested in jobs and creating jobs. And he cares about housing, mental health issues and homelessness. He also knows the strength of growing business. In addition, he is a man who knows our area and will act to help our citizens. He has a track record you can rely on. I easily will lend my vote to Mr. Drotzmann.
