Tuesday, April 23
11:22 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible drugs in a client’s room at Lakeview Heights, the eight-bed secure residential treatment facility in Heppner.
1:03 p.m. An Irrigon resident at Southeast Division Street and Utah Avenue reported a male living in a fifth-wheel trailer near the intersection started yelling at him and ran toward him and he did now know why.
5:21 p.m. A resident of Northeast Aiken Street, Heppner, reported a black Labrador came onto his property and was aggressive toward his granddaughter before leaving. He said this was a recurring situation.
9:34 p.m. A resident of Northwest Church Street, Heppner, reported a 17-18-year-old male has been standing outside his daughter’s window and screaming at her. The caller said the teen has done this several times between 9 and 11 p.m.
9:43 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance on Banks Lane, Hermiston.
10:47 p.m. A caller at the 76 station in Irrigon reported someone “put a gun in their face and stole items from the store.”
Wednesday, April 24
4:41 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of disturbance on J Street.
6:37 a.m. Umatilla police found someone had littered at Martin Drive and Powerline Road.
2:36 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on West Garden Street, Echo.
2:49 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Southwest Sage Drive, Hermiston.
3:09 p.m. A caller at the Hermiston Raceway, Hermiston, reported a domestic disturbance.
4:29 p.m. A resident on Kunze Lane, Boardman, reported her mother attacked her.
4:48 p.m. Emergency services received a report of a structure fire at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon. The Boardman Fire Rescue District responded. Crews found a fire fully engulfing a mobile home, and the fire spread to a second home. Fire crews extinguished the blazes. The fire district reported the fire is under investigation.
4:53 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at Third Street and Quincy Avenue, Umatilla.
4:54 p.m. A 911 caller reported a theft at Umatilla High School.
5:52 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Southwest Sage Drive.
6:56 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Third Street.
10:28 p.m. A 911 caller reported a prowler on Lorenzen Road, Stanfield.
Thursday, April 26
2:15 p.m. Umatilla police received a criminal mischief complaint about damage to a vehicle at Country Club Manor. Police took a report.
2:35 p.m. A caller in Irrigon told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office she wanted to report a burglary. The sheriff’s office took a report.
4:11 p.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary at Alexander Equipment Rental in Umatilla.
8:25 p.m. A caller reported cows were walking on Kunze Lane, Boardman, and this has been a recurring problem. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office issued the owner of the cows a citation for livestock at large.
10:29 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on Driftwood Court, Umatilla.
Friday, April 26
6:28 a.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Stanfield, reported an issue with the neighbor, who is retaliating against him. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office contacted the neighbor.
12:49 p.m. A city of Umatilla employee reported the theft of trees for the Arbor Day event at Hash Park.
7:54 p.m. A resident of Irrigon asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to assist with his son, who was screaming and causing a disturbance and needed to leave the residence.
Saturday, April 27
7:27 a.m. Stanfield police received a 911 call for a domestic disturbance on South Main Street in Stanfield.
10:45 a.m. A 911 caller on Carolina Road, Umatilla, reported a domestic disturbance.
1:53 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Elm Avenue in Hermiston.
2:51 p.m. Local emergency services received a report of a vehicle crash at Powerline Road and Interstate 82 eastbound in Hermiston. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
8:14 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Elm Avenue, Hermiston.
9:50 p.m. Emergency agencies received a callout for a vehicle that flipped on Highway 74 near milepost 81. Fire departments from Hepper and Ione responded, along with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office. No one was injured in the crash.
10:11 p.m. A resident on Pole Line Road, Boardman, reported his wife was drunk, knocked the side window out of his pickup and was breaking items in the trailer. The caller said he left in his pickup and drove to a field and was trying to sleep. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and took a report.
11:25 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at the Crossroads Truck Stop, Umatilla.
Sunday, April 28
12:08 a.m. A 911 caller reported a violation of a restraining order on North Glendening Street in Stanfield, Police opened an investigation.
1:41 a.m. An Irrigon resident at Columbia Land and Southwest Second Street reported shooting a raccoon twice that was trying to kill her chickens.
3:44 p.m. A 911 caller reported a fight at Northwest Geer and West Harper roads, Hermiston.
5:29 p.m. An Ione resident on North H Street reported he turned in his neighbors to their landlord for getting rowdy and drunk and now they are harassing him. He said he overheard one neighbor say “they were gonna have someone take care of him.” He asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.
7:30 p.m. A 911 caller reported child abuse/neglect at a location in Hermiston.
10:43 p.m. A caller on East Hurlburt Avenue, Hermiston, reported a domestic disturbance.
Monday, April 29
6:05 a.m. A resident on Balm Fork Road, Heppner, asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send a deputy to talk to his neighbor who woke him up from starting his pickup and revving it.
12:53 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint for fraud or forgery on Agnew Road in Hermiston. The sheriff’s office took a report.
2:14 p.m. A Umatilla resident reported she believed she was the victim of a scam.
5:13 p.m. A worker inspecting an abandoned property on South Edwards Road in Hermiston reported finding an injured cat inside.
5:56 p.m. A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle at Alexander Equipment Rental in Umatilla.
7:03 p.m. A Heppner man asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about a parent who harassed his daughter. The father said his daughter was driving when the parent pulled in front of her, slammed on the brakes and threw a dress at his daughter’s vehicle.
7:54 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a restraining order violation on North Glendening Street. Police responded and made an arrest.
11:17 p.m. A caller on Banks Lane, Hermiston, called to make a complaint about noise.

Oregon State Police arrested Gregory Ryan Salverda, 53, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Martinez, 33, for DUII.
April 24
Oregon State Police arrested Gregory Ryan Salverda, 53, for DUII, reckless driving and two probation violations.
Hermiston police at United Rentals arrested Tyson Anthony Winker, 46, for first-degree theft, and arrested Audrey Lynn Harshman, 43, for first-degree theft and on warrants for failure to appear and probation violations.
Umatilla police arrested Diego Francisco Margarito, 29, for fourth-degree assault.
Hermiston police arrested Trent Chavez, 40, for identity theft, first-degree forgery and violating a restraining order.
April 25
Hermiston police arrested Noel Diego Mendoza, 24, for DUII (alcohol), refusal to take a breathalyzer test and failure to yield to a emergency vehicle.
April 26
Hermiston police arrested Raul Pablo Gomez, 34, for DUII (alcohol).
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Casey Loyd Bailey, 47, for first-degree kidnapping and first-degree burglary.
Umatilla County Community Corrections arrested Amber Marie Carlson, 29, on a felony probation violation and for aggravated harassment.
April 27
Oregon State Police on Interstate 84 near milepost 181 arrested Desirae Elise Post, 31, for fourth-degree assault.
Boardman police arrested Agustin Gonzalez Cabrera, 47, for DUII (alcohol).
April 28
Umatilla police arrested Carlos Teodoro Lorenzo, 19, for hit-and-run involving property and first-degree criminal mischief.
April 29
Stanfield police arrested Jose Manuel Garcia, 30, for violating a restraining order.
Hermiston police arrested Trent Allen Douglas, 59, for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.
Hermiston police arrested Richard Charles Davis, 23, for fourth-degree assault.
