Fire service personnel gather to reminisce

The group is meeting again on May 17, 2024, 5 p.m. also at YOPS.
HERMISTON — An informal get-together of Hermiston Fire and Emergency Services and/or Umatilla County Fire District No. 1 personnel are invited to a no-host gathering on Friday, May 17, 5 p.m. at Ye Olde Pizza Shoppe, 845 N. First St., Hermiston.
Pat Hart, who retired as fire chief in 2014, said anyone with ties to the local fire department, including current and retired personnel, current/past board members and volunteers, are invited to drop in and reminisce.
