8:20 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at Hendon Construction Co. Inc., Umatilla.

8:46 a.m. Umatilla police received a report about a disturbance at Clara Brownell School. Police took a report.

5:45 p.m. Umatilla police received a report about an assault at Umatilla High School.

9:21 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance that was not physical at Patriot Heights apartments in Stanfield.

Wednesday, May 1

3:09 p.m. A resident on Larch Court in Umatilla reported three aggressive pit bull dogs. Police were not able to fund them.

2:13 p.m. A caller reported a prowler on Raymond Street in Umatilla.

8:02 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance on Banks Lane in Hermiston.

Thursday, May 2

12:07 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 400 block of East Ridgeway Avenue.

5:20 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a vehicle theft on North First Street.

5:11 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Lorraine Avenue in Hermiston.

6:47 p.m. Hermiston police received a complaint about drug activity on Northeast 10th Street.

7:23 p.m. Local law enforcement received a report of a domestic disturbance at Vista Trailer Park in Hermiston.

10:51 p.m. A resident of Eighth Street, Umatilla, made a complaint about loud music in the area.

Friday, May 3

11:53 a.m. A caller reported a cow was in the road at Depot Lane and West Eighth Road, Irrigon, and a fence was down.

12:06 p.m. Stanfield police received a 911 call from a female reporting her boyfriend was breaking the windows out of her car.

1:44 p.m. A Umatilla resident reported telephonic harassment.

10:20 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on West Halstead Street in Echo.

10:31 p.m. A husband asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send a deputy to a residence on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, for an altercation he had with his wife.

Saturday, May 4

7:42 a.m. A caller reported a calf was on a canal at Hoop N Holler Lane and Southeast Division Road, Irrigon.

1:48 p.m. A caller reported the theft of a vehicle from Union Street in Hermiston. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

2:42 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 300 block of East Catherine Avenue.

6:51 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary on Purdy Road, Hermiston.

10:59 p.m. A resident on North H Street, Ione, reported a neighbor was playing loud music. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and the music was turned off.

Sunday, May 5

8:51 a.m. An employee at Love’s Travel Stop and County Store, Boardman, reported a customer may have been using stolen credit cards.

12:30 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on the 31400 block of Medvill Court, Hermiston. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest.

5:34 p.m. A Heppner resident reported he sold a vehicle, but the buyer’s check was no good and now the buyer refuses to give back the vehicle.

6:31 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 600 block of Northeast Third Street.

10:35 p.m. A 911 caller reported a possible restraining order violation at Vista Trailer Park, Hermiston.

Monday, May 6

9:07 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 400 block of East Ridgeway Avenue.

9:27 a.m. Umatila police received a report that someone damaged a vehicle at the Quality Inn.

10:43 a.m. Stanfield police at the police department received a complaint about the theft of a vehicle. Police took a report.

4:06 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about a burglary on Lind Road, Umatilla.

6:31 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 600 block of Northeast Third Street.

Arrests, citations

April 30

Boardman police arrested Nyssandra Liliana Muniz, 22, for fourth-degree assault.

May 2

Umatilla police arrested Buddy Lee Bartell, 50, for second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and littering in/near water.

May 3

Hermiston police arrested Colleen Sonja Drake, 57, for a restraining order violation.

Oregon State Police at Highway 395 and Joy Lane, Hermiston, arrested Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 43, for felony possession and delivery of methamphetamine, possession of federally controlled substances and on warrants for failure to appear.

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Lee Swope, 43, for first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass, first-degree aggravated theft (theft of a bicycle), and first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).

May 4

Hermiston police arrested Fransisco Ramos Ramos, 25, for menacing, two counts of fourth-degree assault and on a parole/local supervisory authority violation.

Boardman police arrested Taylor Grant Heinz, 37, for felony fleeing, driving while suspended/revoked and interfering with a peace officer.

May 5

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office on the 71200 block of Wilson Lane, Boardman, arrested Ricardo Navarro, 25, for DUII (alcohol) and driving while suspended/revoked.

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on the 31400 block of Medvill Court, Hermiston, arrested Estefania Avila, 28, for fourth-degree assault.

Hermiston police arrested Anthony Michael Sabin, 34, for a restraining order violation.

May 6

Hermiston police arrested Trinadad Sausedo Campos, 57, for fourth-degree assault.

Boardman police arrested Jesus Alejandro Cardenas Garcia, 45, for criminal conspiracy and first-degree criminal trespass.

May 7

Boardman police arrested Ambrocio Ascencion Gonzalez, 37, for DUII (alcohol).
