6:21 a.m. A caller reported a disturbance on Tucker Avenue in Umatilla.
8:09 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a prowler on East Tamarack Avenue.
8:42 a.m. Hermiston residents told police he and his mother tried to add him to her bank account, but the bank told them someone is using his Social Security number.
3:33 p.m. A man told Hermiston police he wanted to make a report because someone used his credit card to buy several thousand dollars worth of items at the Walmart in Hermiston and several stores in the Tri-Cites.
Friday, June 14
3:24 a.m. Hermiston polics received a report of a domestic disturbance on Northwest 12th Street.
10 a.m. A 911 caller reported a woman at Southwest 11th Street and West Highland Avenue in Hermiston was in the road throwing rocks at cars.
2:38 p.m. A caller reported this black Angus cow was missing from his pasture on Southeast Division Street, Irrigon.
3:21 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1400 block of Northwest 11th Street.
3:22 p.m. A caller reported an assault on Umatilla River Road in Hermiston.
3:24 p.m. A caller at Threemile Road and Sim Tag Lane, Boardman, reported a youth he was working with may have been armed with a gun.
3:24 p.m. A teen in Heppner told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office another teen was harassing him via the phone.
7:33 p.m. A caller on Northwest Church Street, Heppner, reported a black-and-white kitten was stuck in a tree.
7:55 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of child abuse and/or neglect.
8:03 p.m. A caller reported four lambs were loose at Water Street and Highway 207, Heppner.
8:25 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of child abuse and/or neglect.

6:23 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Main Street, Hermiston.
10:20 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Minnehaha Road in Hermiston.
4:56 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Pine Tree Avenue in Umatilla.
5:50 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on South Highway 395, Hermiston.
9:34 p.m. Stanfield police received a 911 complaint about a disturbance at West Wood Avenue and North O’Brien Street in Stanfield. Police responded and made an arrest.
10:31 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a fight on Southwest 11th Street. Police responded but any involved had left.

1:40 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a armed person on West Locust Avenue. Police made an arrest.
11:38 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report about theft of packages from a residence at Oregon Trail RV Park, Irrigon.
5:21 p.m. A 911 caller reported a transient male had scissors and was causing a disturbance at the Pilot Travel Center in Stanfield.
6:34 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at West Catherine Avenue and North First Street, Hermiston.
7:40 p.m. A 911 caller reported harassment at the Dollar General store in Umatilla.
Arrests, citations
June 15
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in the area of 81400 Short Road, Irrigon, arrested Thomas Clayton Farler, 60, for first-degree theft.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at Port View Apartments, Boardman, arrested Javier Antonio Romero, 35, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving.
June 16
Hermiston police arrested Veronica Ruiz, 35, for unlawful use of weapon, first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), menacing, misdemeanor fleeing and harassment.
Hermiston police arrested Aparicio Pablo Ramirez, 29, for fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Boardman police arrested Manuel A. Vasquez Picornio, 20, for DUII (alcohol).
