6:36 a.m. A semitrailer traveling south on Highway 37 near milepost 1 crashed outside Umatilla. Oregon State Police reported the Kenworth drifted off the road, and the driver, a 56-year-old man from College Place, overcorrected, and the semitrailer slid off the road and rolled down an embankment. The driver told OSP he got too close to the shoulder when he lost control.

7:55 p.m. A 911 caller reported a vehicle crash with a person not responding on Umatilla River Road in Umatilla.

Hermiston police arrested Alysia Garcia, 25, for misdemeanor fourth-degree assault.

Boardman police arrested Genaro Garcia De La Cruz, 24, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol), reckless driving, misdemeanor fleeing and endangering the welfare of a minor.

June 28

Umatilla police arrested Jason T. Schneider, 48, for DUII (alcohol).

Hermiston police arrested Hayley Lynn Hutton, 46, for harassment — telephonic or written criminal threat.
