Conforth entered the guilty plea June 25 in Umatilla County Circuit Court in Hermiston. The plea came a little more than three months after he made a similar plea deal in Lincoln County.
A Umatilla County grand jury in March 2023 indicted Conforth for raping a victim in December 2020, according to state court records. Conforth agreed to plead guilty to the sexual assault as a lesser included offense to the original charge of first-degree rape.
Circuit Judge Dan Hill sentenced Conforth to 30 months in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections with credit for time served, plus five years of post-prison supervision.

But the clock on that sentence does not start until after Confroth serves 30 months for second-degree sexual assault in the Lincoln County case.
He pleaded guilty on March 13 there to sexually assaulting a victim in 2019. The two plea agreements mean Conforth will serve five years in prison for the sexual crimes.
