HEPPNER — The Heppner Chamber of Commerce encourages people to save the date for the Rural Business Summit on Oct. 11-12 at the Gilliam & Bisbee Event Center, Heppner.

Entrepreneurs, innovators, small business owners and creatives can connect with resources and gain insight on how to scale their rural business. In addition, small business resources, nonprofit organizations, subject experts, technical service advisors and more are invited to exhibit and participate.
