Floyd Earl Lewis, 93, of Milton-Freewater, died Aug. 4, 2024, at Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla. A renowned cattle rancher, Lewis grew up in Grants Pass and raised cattle in Hermiston, Washington and Montana. He was born March 15, 1931, in Van Nuys, California. A celebration of life will be Sunday, Sept. 8, 11 a.m. at the Milton-Freewater Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1244 N.
