George “Dennis” Cooper, 77, formerly of Hermiston, died Nov. 6, 2024, in West Richland, Washington. He was born March 20, 1947, in La Grande. A memorial service will be Saturday, Nov. 23, 3 p.m. at the Burns Mortuary Chapel, 685 W. Hermiston Ave. A private family burial will be at the Island City Cemetery.
