Two more people were arrested Saturday in connection with a string of car prowls in Hermiston.

Sierra Dawn Erickson, 27, and Tyler Paul Wilcox, 32, both of Hermiston, were each arrested for three counts of first-degree theft, four counts of criminal conspiracy, and one count each of second-degree theft.

The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation involving Brenden Dion Erickson, 18, and a 17-year-old male accomplice, both of Hermiston. The pair were arrested Monday, July 15 following a pattern of car prowls and a reported burglary, which they are believed to have been involved with.

Hermiston Police Chief Jason Edmiston said Erickson and Wilcox were found in possession of stolen property after a search warrant was served, but that officers are still continuing an investigation of the case and returning property to owners.

First-degree theft is a felony, and constitutes the theft of property valuing over $1,000.
