Tuesday, Nov. 8
3:56 a.m. — Oregon State Police responded to Highway 395, milepost 8B, in Umatilla, on a report of a single vehicle rollover. The driver was northbound on the highway and tried to avoid a deer on the road but struck the leg of the animal and lost control of the vehicle. Emergency agencies responded and freed the driver. An ambulance took the driver, who did not have apparent injuries, to a local hospital.
11:31 a.m. — Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to Cottonwood Loop, Boardman, on a report of a fight.
4:41 p.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to North Ott Road, in Hermiston, on a report of an assault.
7:39 p.m. — A 911 caller on Cooney Lane, Hermiston, reported a structure fire. Emergency agencies responded.
9:27 p.m. — A caller on Willow Creek Road, in Heppner, reported a vehicle fire. The caller stated the car went off the road and was on fire, and the driver has injuries and is staggering in the road. Local emergency services responded.
Wednesday, Nov. 9
2 a.m. — A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy checked the area of Southeast Fourth Street and Idaho Avenue, Irrigon, for loud music due to a number of unfounded complaints. A caller reported the male turns down the volume when deputies drive by.
8:10 a.m. — Umatilla police took a report of graffiti at Nugent Park on Eighth Street, then soon after found more graffiti at Stephens Avenue and Powerline Road, and later even more graffiti on Eighth Street.
6:40 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to Stanfield Sto-N-Lok, on West Coe Avenue, on a report of a burglary.
7:10 p.m. — A caller on Southeast 13th Place, Irrigon, reported a male came to her residence and was trying to take a child and assaulted a female. The caller reported hiding in a bathroom with one child while the male and female were inside the residence. The caller did not know where a second child was that the male tried to take. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
7:28 p.m. — A resident at North Cemetery Drive and Highway 74, Ione, reported seeing a male and female at her property looking for fuel. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded but did not see anyone suspicious
Thursday, Nov. 10
1:42 a.m. — A caller on Linden Way, Heppner, reported someone threw something and it hit her. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded, determined there was no crime and deescalated the situation.
6:37 a.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Highway 207 in Echo, after receiving a call for an agency assist from Oregon State Police to help with a traffic stop involving stolen firearms. Oregon State Police said they would be detaining the driver.
7:55 a.m. — Local emergency services responded to Highway 730, Boardman, for a two-vehicle T-bone crash. Oregon State Police took the lead. One person declined an ambulance ride to a local hospital.
9:36 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 1500 block of Northeast 10th Street on a report of a burglary.
1:33 p.m. — The Morrow County school resource officer spoke to students at A.C. Houghton Elementary School, Irrigon, about things they should not bring to school.
4:43 p.m. — An Irrigon resident reported the theft of political Morrow County commissioner recall signs from property off Highway 730 across from the skate park.
8:02 p.m. — A caller at an Amazon facility on Lewis and Clark Drive, Boardman, reported her daughter’s father came to the worksite and threatened her.
Friday, Nov. 11
6:37 a.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Highway 207, Echo, after receiving a call for assistance from Oregon State Police during a traffic stop involving stolen firearms.
8:52 a.m. — A cow was hit or shot in the mouth at the Morrow County OHV Park near Forest Service Road 21 in the Heppner area. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and advised an Oregon State Police game trooper.
11:09 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to West Coe Avenue on a report of theft, regarding charges on the caller’s bank account and credit card. The caller also reported cash is missing from the bank bag.
12:57 p.m. — A man came into the Hermiston Police Department to report that three months ago he loaned his van to an individual for moving purposes, but since then he has not seen or heard from them. He had to go to the Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicles division to get new plates, but still does not have the vehicle and wants to know what his options are.
2:38 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 30 block of East Ridgeway Avenue on a report of a burglary.
2:47 p.m. — A caller reported seeing 14 mailboxes that were opened on Pleasant View Road, Irrigon.
4:07 p.m. — A 911 caller on Kik Road, Hermiston, reported a domestic disturbance involving a 16-year-old son slapping the phone out of his father’s hand.
5:26 p.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Northwest 11th Street, Hermiston, on a report of an assault.
5:44 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to Dark Canyon Avenue, after they received a call for assistance from Oregon State Police regarding a man down on the ground bleeding from a cut above his eyebrow.
6:24 p.m. — A resident on Southwest Third Street, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s puppies were in her yard and it was cold outside. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded. The owners got the dogs.
10:03 p.m. — Umatilla police took a report for graffiti on Eighth Street, and on Van Buren Drive.

aturday, Nov. 12
7:37 a.m. — A resident on Second Street Northeast, Boardman, reported her neighbor knocked on the back window and said her brother was going to set the house on fire. Boardman police and fire responded, and an ambulance transported one person.
11:02 a.m. — A caller reported he was hunting Thursday, Nov. 10, and forgot his shotgun in a parking lot on Willow Creek Road, Heppner, and he does not live in the area. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy checked the area but did not find the gun.
8:44 p.m. — Emergency agencies in Boardman responded to Interstate 84 westbound for a crash involving a passenger vehicle and a semitrailer. Oregon State Police took the lead.
Sunday, Nov. 13
1:53 a.m. — Emergency services responded to Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman, on a report of smoke coming from the fryer at the restaurant and the smell of burning. Firefighters cleared the building and turned it over to employees.
1:07 p.m. — A caller at the Irrigon Skate Park, Irrigon, reported students at an Irrigon school were bullying him and threatened to beat him up. A deputy had a conversation with some of the juveniles.
Monday, Nov. 14
10:57 a.m. — A 911 caller reported a burglary on the 600 block of East Gladys Avenue, Hermiston. Police responded.
11:07 a.m. — Umatilla police found several sites with graffiti, starting with Van Buren Drive then on Madison Street and last on Seventh Street.
11:55 a.m. — An employee at Umatilla Marina RV Park, Umatilla, requested an officer for theft of services.
3:59 p.m. — A caller at Boardman City Hall reported a white male was across the street, getting undressed and giving people the bird. Boardman police responded but did not spot the male.
4:49 p.m. — A 911 caller at Knights Inn/Village Restaurant, Boardman, dropped the call. Dispatch called back, a female answered and said she did call but would hang up again. Other callers also reported a disturbance. Local law enforcement responded.
7:32 p.m. — A resident on Second Street Northeast, Boardman, reported a juvenile had bite marks after a fight with his mother. Local law enforcement responded and took a report.

Nov. 7
Hermiston police arrested Annette Marie Givreiner, 51, for first-degree theft of a firearm.
Nov. 8
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ramon Villagomez Lopez, 23 for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
Nov. 10
Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jesus Alejandro Cardenas Garcia, 44, for hindering prosecution.
