Connie Sue, 54, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 31, 2021 at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. She was born Aug. 2, 1967, in Hermiston, to parents Dick Baker Sr. and Suzie (Baker) Davie. Connie was a loving mom, daughter, sister and grandma.
Connie graduated from Echo High School in 1985. Then went on to college at BMCC where she received her associates degree. Connie married Hank Reece in November 1989. They then moved to Prineville where they raised their three beautiful daughters that she adored so much. They later divorced, but Connie remained living in Prineville to support her three daughters.

Connie started working for Les Schwab in 1992. During her 29 years, Connie spent working on both the training and help desk teams. Connie loved her job and would work at any given moment.
Connie moved back to Echo 2016. Connie loved spending time with her daughters and family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren who were her pride and joy. Connie enjoyed watching her daughters, nieces and nephews play sports. She enjoyed watching her favorite teams, the Steelers and Yankees, play.
Connie was always a popular girl and had many friends who loved and adored her. She was a strong woman with a lot of class. She loved the sun, warm weather and driving around in her convertible Bug. No matter the weather, Connie would always have on a good pair of flip flops. She was a role model to many and she will be missed by so many.
Connie is preceded in death by sister, Denene Davis; stepdad, Richard Davie; grandma, Lucille Baker; and sister-in-law, Jonni Reece.
Connie was survived by parents, Dick Baker Sr of Kelso and Suzie Davie of Echo; siblings, Dick Baker Jr of Stanfield and Nicole Montoya (Ricardo) of Stanfield; step-siblings, Kimberly Widner (Mike) of Pilot Rock and Dustin Davie (Jamie) of Milwaukie; brother-in-law, Joe Davis (Lori) of Stanfield; daughters, Santana Reece (Clif) of Echo, Mantana Reece (Kyle) of Prineville and Rhogyn Reece of Echo; grandchildren, Brooklynn Wade, Sydnee Wade, Lincoln Romine, Reid and Hayvn Twiss; nieces, Monique Montoya and Sydney Davie; nephews, Chris Kunkle, Dannon Baker, Ted Baker, Brodie Davis, Blake Davis, Dax Davis, Danny Davie and Giovani Montoya; and also many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nephews and great-nieces. Her celebration of life will be postponed until further notice.
