Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Alberto Guadalupe Serrano, 37, of Milton-Freewater, was convicted in a 2023 case of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing; sentenced to 30 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Jorge Alexis Lopez, 27, of Boardman, pleaded guilty to charges in a 2023 case of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; sentenced to lifetime suspension of driving privileges, two years of probation and $2,000 in fines.

Jack Lewis Shore, 52, of Richland, Washington, pleaded guilty to charges in a 2023 case of recklessly endangering another person and unlawful possession of a firearm; sentenced to 90 days suspension of his driver’s license, two years of probation and $500 in fines.
