Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Michael Paul Lubeck, 41, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to reckless burning; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.

Rhonda Colgrove, 44, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree attempted assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment; sentenced to five years of probation and $5,000 in fines.
