Thomas Arbuckle and Deanna Thomas-Arbuckle, of Morrow County, versus Good Shepherd Health Care System, of Hermiston, and Rachel Greene; seeks $1,785,000.

Progressive Universal Insurance Co. versus Walter McBride Roberts III; seeks $7,057.67.
