Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Luis Alberto Navarro, 25, of Boardman, pleaded guilty to a charge in a 2023 case of driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 10 days in county jail, two years of probation and a $1,500 fine.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Ernie Perez, at Eastern Or egon Correctional Institution, Pendleton, versus the Oregon Department of Corrections; seeks $15,166.73 for medical malpractice.

Wellens General Contractors Inc., of Spokane, versus Columbia Basin Fence Company LLC, and Joel L. Shultz, both of Pendleton; seeks $33,929.58.

Heather Marie Vanwinkle, of Pendleton, versus Victor Mesa, of Milton-Freewater; seeks $2,936.66.

Kenneth and Beatta Heer versus Tanner Doherty, all of Pendleton; seeks $15,500.00 for breach of a lease agreement.
