11:11 a.m. A member of the Canal Neighborhood Watch reported a prowler on North Ott Road, Hermiston.

11:49 a.m. Umatilla police received a report about a Toyota without a hood or bumper driving through the paving project at Third Street and Switzler Avenue. Police issued a citation.
11:54 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of break-in and theft of “a lot of items” at a unit at Irrigon Mini Storage in Irrigon.
5:47 p.m. A resident of Irrigon reported someone hacked her computer. She asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about options.
7:42 p.m. Emergency services in Morrow County received a report from the Boardman Marina of a 32-year-old man who severed a finger. An ambulance took the man to a local hospital.
10:21 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Rustic Truck Bar & Grill in Irrigon about a customer passing a fake $100 bill.

11:05 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a theft at Umatilla Inn & Suites.
1:54 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 300 block of South First Street.
5:03 p.m. Oregon State Police received a report about a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 395 and Highway 730, Umatilla. OSP reported a Chevrolet Silverado on Highway 395 was approaching a line of traffic stopped at a red light at the intersection of Highway 730 and collided with the rear of a Ford Focus. The impact started a chain reaction, with the Ford hitting the car in front of it, and that car hitting a fourth car. Ambulances transported several drivers to a local hospital. OSP cited the driver of the Chevrolet, George Edward Leahy, 44, of Canby, for careless driving.

8:19 a.m. A caller asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about cat abuse at Oasis RV Park in Irrigon.
8:26 a.m. A caller reported a dog chased her while she was running at Southeast Kristen Drive and Division Street in Irrigon.
1:31 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request from Heppner Elementary School for assistance with an agitated parent.
5:49 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane, Hermiston. The sheriff’s office took a report.
5:54 p.m. A caller on Highway 207, Hermiston, reported hearing gunshots.
6 p.m. Umatilla police received a complaint about a disturbance at the Circle K.

4:25 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Hurlburt Avenue, Hermiston.
6:33 p.m. Stanfield police received a report about a domestic disturbance at the Copper Corner Apartments, Stanfield.
6:49 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 1000 block of West Orchard Avenue.
6:52 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane, Hermiston.
7:57 p.m. A 911 caller on Barton Loop, Umatilla, reported gunshots.
11:50 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance that occurred on West Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston. Police opened an investigation.

7:03 a.m. Umatilla police received a 911 call about domestic violence at Blue Jay Street and Powerline Road.
2:42 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Juniper Avenue, Hermiston.
5:21 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of child abuse and/or neglect.
8:08 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1800 block of North First Street.
8:28 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Caroline Road, Umatilla.
8:45 p.m. A 911 caller reported a fight at Warehouse Beach about 5 miles east of Umatilla. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

2:42 a.m. Gunshots in the area of Northeast Fourth Street and East Beebe Avenue, Hermiston, prompted police to search for a possible shooter.
2:27 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1100 block of West Poplar Avenue.
6:04 p.m. A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle on West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston.
9:25 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Lind Road, Umatilla.
Monday, June 10
11:21 a.m. A caller reported trying to leave a residence on Stockton Avenue in Umatilla but a man there was “causing issues.”
5:10 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 1500 block of Northeast 10th Street.
7:33 p.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on Northeast Third Street in Hermiston.
9:32 p.m. A Boardman-area resident asked for the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send a deputy to talk with her sister who has been lying and sneaking out with her boyfriend.

June 4
Hermiston police arrested Trent Chavez, 40, for violating a restraining order.
June 5
Oregon State Police on the 1800 block of Northeast 10th Street, Hermiston, arrested Juan Ramon Murillo, 39, for unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery and possession of heroin.
Hermiston police arrested Landon Wright Piel, 32, for first-degree forgery and felon in possession of a weapon.
Hermiston police arrested Ramon Viesca, 33, for fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief.
June 7
Boardman police arrested Armando Martinez Hernandez, 33, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
Oregon State Police at 7:15 p.m. responded to Highway 730 near milepost 191, Umatilla, on a report of a Subaru Legacy that rolled. Medics at the scene checked out the driver, Kaley Marie Lankford, 37, of Hermiston, then an OSP trooper checked her sobriety. The trooper arrested Lankford for felony DUII (alcohol), driving while suspended/revoked, failure to install an ignition interlock device and failure to drive within the lane. The trooper subsequently cited and released Lankford to a sober family member.
Oregon State Police at Northwest 11th Street and Umatilla River Road, Hermiston, arrested Gabriel Joseph Richeal, 22, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, for DUII.
June 8
Hermiston police arrested Anai Vasquez Medrano, 25, and Karina Morales, 28 for second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Oregon State Police on southbound Highway 37 near milepost 30, Pendleton, arrested Mindy Marie Hooker, 39, of Umatilla, for violating a restraining order.
Boardman police arrested Reymundo Avelino-Teodoro, 23, for DUII (alcohol) and failure to carry or present a driver’s license.
Oregon State Police on Highway 332 near milepost 1, Umatilla, arrested Lance Wayne Lepage, 59, of Walla Walla, for DUII.
Boardman police arrested Juan Carlos Madrigal Guzman, 39, for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, false information, two counts of unauthorized entry in a vehicle and on a warrant for failure to appear.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on the 1200 block of East Juniper Avenue, Hermiston, arrested Keisha Danell Washington, 27, for menacing, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, unlawful use of a weapon, reckless endangering, resisting arrest and assault of a public safety officer.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at 15 Bombing Range Road arrested Aiden Crosthwaite, 19, for second-degree burglary.
June 9
Boardman police arrested Oscar Morales Arguelles, 34, for DUII (alcohol).
June 10
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office in the area of 35000 Old Highway 720, Echo, arrested Jay Benjamin Harwood, 43, for first-degree criminal trespass, carrying concealed weapons and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Hermiston police arrested Miguel Valdez Garcia, 26, for first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism) and on warrants for failure to appear.
