Sherman Orien Coffey

PORTLAND Sherman Orien Coffey died Wednesday, April 11, at St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland at the age of 60.

Sherman was born June 23, 1940.

He is survived by his wife, Carol of Irrigon; two sons, Brett of Benton City, Wash., and Bart of Idaho Falls, Idaho; three daughters and their spouses, Dana and Mike Turner of Kennewick, Wash., Lisa and Albert Chan of Chubbick, Idaho, and Tisa Coffey of Irrigon; 11 grandchildren; four brothers, Ed, Jess, Duane and Blane; and one sister, Bona.

A funeral service was held Monday, April 16, at the Hermiston Elks Lodge. Burial followed at the Hermiston Cemetery.

Local arrangements were provided by Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
