HERMISTON Monica Nicole Rogers-Sandoval died Friday, Feb. 23, at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston at the age of 10 months, 5 days.

She was born April 18, 2000, in Richland, Wash., to Ashley Nicole Rogers and Daniel Lavon Sandoval.

She is survived by her parents, Ashley Rogers and Daniel Sandoval, both of Hermiston; grandparents, Don and Jessie Peter of Hermiston, and Karla and Joel Sandoval of Hermiston, and Mike and Pam Rogers of Umatilla; great-grandparents, Robert and Joyce Marsing of Willard, Utah, Art and Jorine Rogers of Hermiston, and LaVon and Ruby Jensen of Hermiston; uncles, Ryan Rogers of Hermiston, Dusty Rogers of Umatilla and Christopher Sandoval of Hermiston; aunts, Jamie Simmons of Hermiston and Kassie Sandoval of Hermiston; great-aunt and great-uncle, Mary and Dave Marsing and their daughter, Alicia Marsing, all of Irrigon; and numerous cousins.

Private family graveside funeral services will be held at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Stanfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 3440 S.W. U.S. Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, 97201.

Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in charge of the arrangements.
