Collective Soul caps off the first day of the inaugural Rock the Locks Music Festival on Oct. 6, 2023, at Big River Golf Course, Umatilla. The second annual event is Oct. 4-6, 2024, with Stone Temple Pilots as the Saturday night headliner and Barenaked Ladies on Sunday. Organizers will provide additional lineup announcements. Tickets go on sale March 11, 2024, and will increase in July.

UMATILLA — Organizers for the Rock the Locks Music Festival announced its Saturday night headliner will be the Stone Temple Pilots and closing out the Sunday show is Barenaked Ladies.

In its second year, the event is Oct. 4-6 at Big River Golf Course. The Friday night headliner is still to be announced. The three-day music festival will feature more than 20 musical acts spanning multiple decades on two stages.

Camping and tickets go on sale Monday, March 11 via www.rockthelocks.org. Three-day VIP passes are $449, three-day general admission is $199 and individual days range from $79 to $99. Ticket prices will increase on July 8.
