UMATILLA — Organizers for the Rock the Locks Music Festival announced its lineup for the second annual event — including nightly headliners Stone Temple Pilots (Saturday), Barenaked Ladies (Sunday) and Halestorm (Friday).

The event is Oct. 4-6 at Big River Golf Course. The three-day music festival features more than 20 musical acts spanning multiple decades on two stages. Other lead performers include Hoobastank, Puddle of Mudd, Phillip Phillips, Warrant and Winger.

Umatilla Parks and Recreation Coordinator Noemy Vega said the city is thrilled to host Umatilla’s second annual music festival!

“It’s been rewarding working on such a meaningful event that brings our community and the surrounding communities together,” Vega said. “I’m excited for all the bands performing this year and can’t wait to rock along to all their songs.”

Tickets went on sale March 11 via www.rockthelocks.org. Three-day VIP passes are $449, three-day general admission is $199 and individual days range $79-$99. Ticket prices will increase on July 8. Camping ranges $75-$110.
