HERMISTON — The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is accepting Christmas trees for recycling into mulch through Jan. 31.

Trees may be dropped off in Butte Park’s south parking lot, 1245 NW Seventh St. All tinsel, lights and ornaments must be removed.
