NEW YEAR’S EVE, 9 p.m., Wildhorse Resort & Casino, 46510 Wildhorse Blvd., Pendleton. Live music with New Jack City, midnight balloon drop, party favors and drink specials at Wildfire Sports Bar; showgirls, floor entertainment, free hats, horns and midnight toast in the casino; and DJ music, dancing, party favors and a celebratory toast in Rivers Event Center.
