•Jason Thomas Payton, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 1 year post-prison supervision, plus attorney fees; pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 1 year jail, $685 fine and 18 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Lonnie Marvin Mayes, 40, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Burglary I; sentenced to 36 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $140 fine, $2,300 fine-suspended and $223 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•Timothy Ray Murray, 56, Hermiston, was found in Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $400 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
