Phillip Arthur “Phil” Hawman, 83, of Hermiston died Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, in Hermiston. He was born Sept. 1, 1931, in Whiteson, Ore. A graveside service with military honors will be held Saturday, Jan. 31 at 1 p.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m. at the Hermiston Church of the Nazarene. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
