Around 7:30 p.m. Friday, police responded to a report of a highly intoxicated woman driving a black Nissan. Police were unable to find the vehicle.
At 11:25 a.m. Saturday, police received a report of a runaway horse in the vicinity of Southwest Seventh Street and West Highland Avenue.
Umatilla Police
Friday morning a caller in the 200 block of Cherry Street reported their tent trailer was vandalized by kids waiting at a bus stop.
Friday afternoon a caller reported two dogs running around a bus stop near the 200 block of Raymond Street bit a 10-year-old boy. Medical treatment declined.
Around 4:40 p.m. Friday, police received a report of an intoxicated man passed out in the median near Desert River Inn, 705 Willamette Ave.

Graffiti was discovered Friday afternoon in the vicinity of Northeast Front and Northeast Third streets and Saturday afternoon in the 100 block of Columbia Avenue Northwest.
Friday afternoon the vice principal at Riverside Junior-Senior High School, 210 Boardman Ave., N.E., possibly recovered some marijuana.
