WORLD WAR I HIGHWAY SIGN DEDICATION, 9 a.m., Pendleton VFW, 1221 S.E. Court Place. A ceremony honoring Umatilla County veterans who served and died in World War I includes speeches by military veterans, Color Guard and “Taps” played by a military band.
