Service: Randall E. “Randy” West

WEST A memorial service for Randall E. Randy West will be held Saturday, July 9, 2011, at 1 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge in Hermiston. Funeral services were held June 27 in Scottsbluff, Neb.

Mr. West, 57, died June 21 at the home of his uncle and aunt, Landis and Betty West, near Echo. He owned and operated a ground-spraying business in Umatilla and Morrow counties for more than 20 years.
