George Fox announces graduates, academic honors

A local student was among the spring 2022 graduates of George Fox University. During the April 30 ceremony, held on the school’s Newberg campus, Elizabeth Radillo of Umatilla earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

In addition, the university announced its 2022 spring semester Dean’s List, recognizing academic excellence in students who earned at least a 3.5 GPA while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours. Local students receiving the honor are Marvin Hozi, a junior computer science major; Joshua Simpson, a senior studying financial planning; and Ben Vander Stelt, a junior engineering student — all three are from Hermiston.
